This month, we’re delighted to shine our Local Spotlight on Bumblee’s Preserves, a Somerset-based artisan producer with a passion for flavour and tradition. Their Wild Blackberry & Apple Jam is a taste of Somerset in a jar – rich, tangy blackberries balanced with sweet orchard apples, slow-cooked to preserve the full depth of flavour. It’s late summer sunshine on toast.
