Where it began in their words...

Forthay Granola was created in the farmhouse kitchen of our bed and breakfast, situated in the idyllic location in Gloucestershire’s Cotswold Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). We have always made gluten free granola as part of our guests’ breakfast. The guests raved about our granola and thankfully persuaded us to sell it by the bag. Each bag is handmade and freshly baked to order.

“Faced with an increasingly frenetic lifestyle it’s all too easy to forget to prioritise our own health,” says Deborah, a cancer survivor, who is conscious of diet, health, nutrition and wellbeing in her everyday life and applies this philosophy to her farmhouse kitchen and at Forthay Bed & Breakfast.

“Enthusiastic amateur chef, avid baker, recipe creator and studying Nutritionist, Deborah Lamplugh, developed a range of granola with her passion for concocting recipes using healthy, natural ingredients with no processed sugar or additives, to create nutritional flavoursome food to cleanse and fuel the mind and body.”
