DELIVERY

Under normal circumstances, deliveries are made to mainland UK addresses only, and will be made within seven days. In the event of any problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Customers must contact us before returning any goods. Goods should be checked on delivery and rejected if damaged. Goods may be signed as “unchecked”. This does not affect your statutory rights.

POST AND PACKING

Goods are despatched by carrier. Charges as shown. Surcharges apply to certain postcodes.

GOVERNING LAW AND CONTRACT FORMATION

No contract will subsist between you and Sheppys Cider for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Sheppys Cider accepts your order by e-mail or telephone confirming that it has dispatched your product.
