DISABLED ACCESS
We have full disabled access in all public areas, but we have no lift to our upstairs restaurant area. We have plenty of seating downstairs along with a disabled toilet adjacent to the dining room.
Disabled parking bays are available in the main yard as you enter Sheppy’s House of Cider and there is a ramp leading up to the main doors.
Rural Life Museum
We apologise for any inconvenience, but our rural life museum is temporarily closed for the winter season. During this time, we'll be performing essential maintenance, including roof repairs, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our visitors next year. We look forward to welcoming you back in the spring once the work is complete.

FAMILY FACILITIES
We welcome families at Sheppy’s House of Cider and we have plenty of room for you. We have plenty of parking on the site for cars and campervans, with disabled parking bays adjacent to the shop.
WELCOMING ALL THE FAMILY
Dogs are welcome at Sheppy's but we do request that they are kept on leads. Dog bins are available in the carpark, please use them.
Only assistance dogs are allowed into the House of Cider but there is outdoor seating where you are able to sit with your dog.
Please note dogs are not allowed in our orchards between 15th August to the end of November for our annual apple harvest.
