A huge thank you to everyone who came to our annual Wassail. What a night - cider, fire, dancing, and of course, the traditional noise and guns to ward off evil spirits.
This event couldn't happen without the dedication of Mike the caller and the Taunton Morris Men, who brought their energy and tradition to the night.
Another large thank you to the Fresh Aire folk band, who kept the dancing and merriment going strong into the night. (please ask for details to hire the band for private functions)
For those unfamiliar, a wassail is an ancient custom to bless the orchards, ensuring a bountiful apple harvest. We gather with song, fire, and plenty of cider to wake the trees and drive away bad luck.
If you took any photos, please send them to events@sheppyscider.com - we'd love to see all your evenings.
Cheers to another great year ahead and a bountiful harvest.
