This April we have launched a new Sheppy’s Cider with Blackberry and Elderflower. This is a bottle which is lightly carbonated and produced at our farm in Somerset. It is a delicious combination of dessert apple cider with blackberry juice and elderflower infusion. This artful combination captures the essence of Somerset’s sunny hedgerows. It is a crimson-red cider scented with aromatic elderflower and with the slight fruity sharpness natural to hedge blackberries.
