Wild garlic grows across the UK from late winter to early Summer. The leaves can be eaten raw or cooked and tastes milder then shop-bought garlic. Visit our garlic meadow which is down the far end of the orchards by the river. We use this garlic in our new Summer menu in our restaurant.
