Easter is just around the corner, and if you're looking for a unique way to celebrate the holiday, why not consider visiting our farm.
Firstly, a visit to Sheppy's can give you the opportunity to learn more about the history and culture on a behind the scenes cider tour. You learn from the apple orchards where to cider apples are grown to the fermentation ageing process that turns them into our award-wining cider. In addition to have a fully guided tasting, a chance to taste some truly delicious ciders. Unlike the mass-produced ciders you might find in a supermarket, our farm makes small batches of cider using traditional techniques. This means that each of our ciders has its own unique favour profile and character, making this tasting experience both interesting and informative.
Aside from the cider itself, Sheppy's offer a range of other activities that can make the holidays fun. Sheppy's has 90 acres of stunning picturesque orchards to walk around. We are famous for our Longhorn Cattle which can be seen in our barn and out in our orchards.
We have a Easter Egg Trail from the 1st April - 14th April.
£1 a child to enter, you get the Easter trail sheet, a Sheppy's pencil, a sticker, activity sheets and a mini treat at the end. Walk, jump & skip around our orchards this Easter holidays to find the egg designs. Write down the letters you find next to the eggs to spell out the Easter words. Then head to our shop with your completed sheet to get your mini treat.
To enter the Hamper Raffle add the receipt from your purchased trail sheet into the box with your email address / phone number and name to win a luxury Hamper. Name will be drawn 17th April 2023 A photo of the winner will be going on our social media.
Why not make a day of it on the farm, enjoying our orchard walks, duck pond, animals and extended children's play area. A wonderful way to relax, and have fun on the farm this Easter holidays.
