Just had the most fantastic tour of Sheppy’s. On a weekend away to visit friends in Taunton, we pre booked online for a 2pm tour. We arrived early and it was suggested that we take a look around the museum. Fantastic farm equipment from bygone days including a 17th century wooden apple press. Our tour guide was Mile (Morris dancer and cidermaker extraudinere) Mikes passion is so obviously cider making, he conducted the tour with so much enthusiasm and humour it look the tour to another level. He answered any questions we had with great knowledge. The cider tasting at the end was fab. If you’re thinking of doing the tour please do not hesitate it’s absolutely fantastic, you may even be lucky enough to have Mike as your Guide. Neil.
