"Thanks to all the hard work from the Sheppyfest team we welcomed over 4,000 people on to our farm for a fantastic day of great music and great cider. This was only our second year of hosting a festival and we had a fantastic turnout this year with an unprecedented number of people coming to visit the site. The weather was great and we hope that our guests enjoyed a lovely evening partying among our orchards.
"Over the years Sheppy’s Cider has been brilliantly supported by our local friends and customers so it’s good to be able to throw open our doors and welcome them in to our orchards for the day.
"We are lucky to be able to have such fantastic surroundings to host our music and cider festival here among 90 acres of apple orchards – you can’t get more Somerset than that.
"We’re about to go in to our busiest time of the year where we start harvesting and pressing apples to make our award-winning cider, so this is a nice moment of celebration before the madness starts.
