+ Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets HERE.. or if you are local to Sheppy's House of Cider then you can also pop into our shop to pick up your tickets. Find information about visiting the House of Cider here.
+ What time does the festival open?
Camper’s (anyone staying overnight) are welcome to arrive anytime between 12pm and 5pm Admissions for campers to the festival site is 2pm Admissions for daytime revellers is 2pm
+ What can I bring into the event?
We do not permit any outside food or drink into the festival site however light refreshments are allowed on the camp site. Security will be carrying out bag searches and all food and drink will be removed on entrance to the festival site.
+ When is last entry to the festival?
Last admission to the festival is at 10pm. After this time the admission gate will be closed. Last admissions to the campsite are 5pm.
+ Returning to the festival once you have left
You can return any time before 10pm if you still have your wristband on. Without this the security on site will not allow you to enter the site.
+ Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We operate a challenge 25 policy. Anyone who looks under the age of 25 will be asked for ID on arrival at the festival gate.
+ Do you have any children's entertainment?
Yes, we do have free children's entertainment. Please note: This area closes at 6pm We do have a limited number of children's tickets available so please buy early to a voice disappointment.
+ Can I bring food and drink in?
We do not permit any outside food or drink into the festival site, but light refreshments are allowed on the camp site. Security will be carrying out bag searches and all food and drink will be removed on entrance to the festival.
+ Is there free water available on site?
Yes, we have 4000L of free water onsite for anyone to use or fill their bottles with. Please note that anyone bringing bottled water in, the bottles must be sealed otherwise the contents will be disposed of and the empty bottle returned to you. The communal water fountains will be cleaned on a regular basis to avoid the spread of germs.
+ Can I bring food and drink if I have a medical reason?
Yes, but by pre-arrangement. You will need to contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know.
+ Do you take card payments?
Yes, the bar will take tap payment, there will also be a token tent so you can change you cash for tokens which you can then use around the site. We do not operate a cash bar. Technical issues is not something we in case however there are occasional things that happen out of our control, so probably best to bring some cash just in case!
+ Can I leave my car in the car park overnight?
You can leave your car in our car park overnight, but you cannot sleep in your car. All vehicles must leave the site by 11am on Sunday 6th.
+ Is there disabled parking on site?
Yes, we do have disabled parking available but please note that the festival takes place in a field and we cannot promise good ground conditions. It is also worth noting that the track to the festival site if very uneven and therefore might not be suitable for all vehicles.
+ What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available free of charge to any ticket holder. We encourage car sharing if you are coming in a large group. Disabled parking is also available closer to the event site. Please note, there is a short walk from the car park to the festival field.
+ Do you provide a taxi service at the end of the night?

+ Where is the pick-up/drop off point?
Please use the main entrance and follow the signs for pick up/drop off. You will be directed by stewards on the day/night.
+ When can I arrive to set up?
You can arrive on site from 11am. We will be putting on transport to take down baggage and tents between 11am-12pm.
+ When do we have to leave the campsite?
All tents must be packed up and off site by 11am latest.

+ What's the refund policy?
All tickets are sadly non-refundable. In the case of COVID restrictions being enforced again then we will refund, however we would love it if you would be happy to roll the tickets over to the next Sheppyfest.
